In outbound Marketing, we forced customer to buy product by using various advertising method like visual media. But in inbound Marketing is about attracting customer through helpful and relevant content and adding value at the every stage of your customer journey.
In inbound Marketing, potential customer finds your business through various channel like blogs, search engine and social media.
Inbound Marketing is based on two way conversation but outbound Marketing is based on one way conversation.
In inbound Marketing, customers are able to talk and can questions about the product on social media, blogs etc. With company executive. It helps in building a trust and company will be able to create a very long term relationship with customers.
